  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
