We’ve built this with a lean, elite team that punches way above its weight. No bloat, no layers, no passengers. Every person here has outsized impact, and we intend to keep it that way as we scale. If you want to do the best work of your career at a company that’s growing fast and building something that actually matters, keep reading.
About the role
Our customer base is growing fast, and every one of them is building something different on top of our platform. They need a technical partner who can help them get live, stay live, and get more out of Cobalt over time.
You'll be the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them integrate, troubleshoot, and expand their usage of Cobalt. You're part engineer, part relationship builder. When a customer has a problem, you're the first person they reach out to, and you're the reason they stay.
What you’ll do
- ›Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of customers post-onboarding
- ›Troubleshoot integration issues, diagnose bugs, and coordinate fixes with engineering
- ›Proactively monitor customer health and identify expansion opportunities
- ›Build lightweight tools, scripts, and documentation that help customers self-serve
- ›Be the voice of the customer internally. Surface patterns, pain points, and feature requests
What we’re looking for
- ›2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (support engineering, solutions, CSE, or similar)
- ›You can read code, use APIs, and debug issues without hand-holding
- ›AI-fluent. You use AI to diagnose issues faster and scale your impact across accounts
- ›Strong communicator who can build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ›You genuinely care about customer outcomes, not just ticket resolution
Nice to have
- +Experience at a developer tools, API, or infrastructure company
- +Healthcare industry exposure
- +You've built internal tooling or automations to scale a CS function
